THE Mid Devon Twenty20 that in 2009 is feeding into the County Twenty20, is once again being organised by Premier Division new boys Bradninch and they are able to take a couple more sides if any are interested.
Bradninch CC fixture secretary Gary Newall hopes to build on the success of last years Freeman & French sponsored competition by recruiting a couple more sides and says: “We have room for two more sides which would see us operate with two groups of four.
Last year provided some great cricket and I am sure this coming season will be even better – especially if the weather is kinder too us. The great thing this year is that our winners are feeding into the county finals and so there is a real carrot at the end of the competition given that ultimately the Devon winners go into the national rounds.”
